  • Grass cutting of tee boxes, fairways, greens and rough.
  • Trimming course edge lines, water features, etc.
  • General course upkeep and more.

Starter & Cart Staff
Join our Starter and Cart Staff team and be a part of providing superior customer service from the moment golfers arrive. Other job duties include:

  • Assisting the Director of Golf as needed.
  • Management of tee times and groups.
  • Preparing carts for golfers.
  • Cleaning and refueling returned golf carts.
  • Upkeep of the area around the clubhouse.

We are looking for motivated and self-starting individuals to join our team as Pro Shop Managers. Pro shop employee duties include all of the following:

  • Assisting the Director of Golf and Assistant Director of Golf as needed.
  • Checking in and processing customers.
  • Managing, reserving and modifying tee times.
  • Staff oversight during shift.
  • Organize the pro shop in a neat manner.
  • Provide customer solutions as needed.
  • Enforce the policies of Mallard Creek and ensure safety of all customers.

Golf Cart Staff
Join our Golf Cart Staff team and be a part of providing superior customer service from the moment golfers arrive. Other job duties include:

  • Assisting the Director of Golf as needed.
  • Management of tee times and groups.
  • Preparing carts for golfers.

  • Assisting the Director of Golf and Assistant Director of Golf as needed.
  • Helping to keep the pace of play steady and optimal.
  • Golf outing setup and breakdown.
  • League golf check-ins.
  • Not spending any time looking for golf balls.
